Hello everyone.
I migrated a mailbox from Zarafa to SOGo this weekend.
I exported the old mailbox with Outlook and copied it to the new mailbox via
IMAP (drag & drop) with Outlook.
The result looked good at first, but then I noticed that all HTML emails are
displayed completely incorrectly and have a lot of blank lines in the source of
the email.
As an example, I have an original email (Zarafa Save as eml) and a copy (SOGo
Email sourcecode) in the attachment.
Can anyone tell me how I can avoid this?
Simple answer:
Don't use Outlook for the email migration.
It does that kind of crap.
Just use something like imapsync.

Seconded. We ran into the same problem when migrating away from Zarafa, and
successfully used imapsync .
Be aware that the IMAP-server included in Zarafa isn't great. We had some
accounts with folders that the "normal" Zarafa interface could work with just
fine, but which its IMAP-server could not access. From memory, the culprit was
forward slashes. So scan the mailbox first, and eliminate the forward slashes
from any folder name.
Kind regards,
Tim ter Laak.
