Seconded. We ran into the same problem when migrating away from Zarafa, and
successfully used imapsync .

Be aware that the IMAP-server included in Zarafa isn't great. We had some
accounts with folders that the "normal" Zarafa interface could work with just
fine, but which its IMAP-server could not access. From memory, the culprit was
forward slashes. So scan the mailbox first, and eliminate the forward slashes
from any folder name.
