I saw a similar error last year when an error in my build process caused SOGo to update, while SOPE did not. I'd venture to guess that either you have multiple versions of some library installed and the linker is locating the wrong one, or you've updated your application but not your supporting libraries.
It might be easier to troubleshoot if you started with a clean system and installed from scratch there.
