It's kind of odd to have to tell users that they can not create/delete
calendars in iCal (aka Calendar.app)

I have verified with a another SOGo server and another Mac client
that deleting a calendar does indeed not work from within iCal, at
least for macOS 10.14.5 and 10.14.6
