Hi, I am new to Solr, therefore need the community's help to understand the JVM memory consumption. When there are no collections on Solr, the JVM memory consumed is approx 50MB. But once I create 150 collections and restart Solr, JVM consumes around 2GB. [image: image.png]
Can someone let me know what is consuming so much space as all collections are empty. I have used 4GB heap (-Xms4096m -Xmx4096m) Regards, Aditya
