I removed the custom rule for OPTO_HEADER,
and just got this one through.. also seems
suspicious...

That's
quite possible, though adding 2.4 points still wouldn't explain the total you
got. Normally BAYES_40 gives a slight negative score too, but all the
others should be positive. I'm still running SA 2.63 so I can't be sure
why you got such a low score.

Subject: RE: How did this not get tagged??This message was relayed to my exchange server so I can't get it back to the Linux box for testing.. the Opto_Header might be it.. that is a legacy custom rule I made to fix the bug that SA has in which it adds 2.4 points if it find "Opt" anyplace in the headers.. my company name is 'opt'o22 so I had to subtract 2.4 from every incoming mail to fix this..Perhaps 3.0 doesn't add that 2.4 anymore?

Subject: RE: How did this not get tagged??Hmmm... must be a big negative scoring rule there... try rinning it through in test mode (spamassassin -t) to see how each rule scored.OPTO_HEADER doesn't seem to be a stock 3.0.0 rule; perhaps that's the culprit?Pierre ThomsonBIC-----Original Message-----
