Doesn't seem that SA itself should be able to do this, since it isn't supposed to change the mail except to add the scores. I suppose it could be a line-ending problem if you are running SA itself on Windows.
But I'd more think this is a problem with whatever tool you have used to
integrate SA with the mail path in Exchange.
