Is anyone else seeing relays.visi.com as unreachable? While tracking down an unrelated DNS issue, I noticed that all of my requests to 209.98.98.115 were timing out, so I have disabled the RBL test for visi.com.

Thought I'd send a heads up in case its not just me
Under the thread " What happened to relays.visi.com?" on news.admin.net-abuse.email, circa Dec 20, 2004 several people muttered:

Mike left VISI, sadly, and moved to Octanews. The service was mostly Mike's "baby", and as such, was apparently left to die after he left. Recent postings on internal VISI newsgroups indicate that VISI is now co-operating with Mike to set this up via third-party and are handing over the "tarball" to him. Mike appears willing and eager to revive the relays.visi.com list, though it will certainly have a new name, as VISI is distancing itself from pretty much everything these days, including us pesky customers. I expect an announcement by Mike on the VISI boards when the service is up, and I expect if Mike is handling it, then it'll be done right. I'll pass along any news as it comes.
