Filing with the registrar for ".com"'s means filing out the form at wdprs.internic.net and is completely separate. RFCI is just an organization like SURBL or Spamhaus, with no ability to "enforce" anything themselves. The second posting cause me to look at it (and now a few more people too). Also, everybody reading this should use SpamCop, if nothing else so that these sites make the SURBL [sc] list also.

Also, finishing and submitting the code for Bugzilla #4106 would have caught the already listed name servers (given 4104 is added also).
