As mentioned, I pulled the debian 'sid' version:

https://packages.debian.org/sid/spamassassin
Right, this mentions 4.0.2+svn1933012-1

But:

filter:~# spamassassin -V
SpamAssassin version 4.0.3-r1932428
  running on Perl version 5.40.1

filter:~# apt-cache show spamassassin
Package: spamassassin
Version: 4.0.2+svn1933012-1

Well, I guess the version reported by SpamAssassin itself is ahead.
