ah.  fyi (& others who may be interested), no such reference to
"auto_whitelist_path" in (my) "man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf"

I'm running svn trunk, so this could be a recent change in the doc that
I didn't notice when it happened.

hmmm .... so am i, well from 5 days ago, anyway:

   svn co --> 9/15/05 11:00:03 r289284

   reporting: spamd -V

       running on Perl 5.8.7
       with SSL support (IO::Socket::SSL 0.97)

i'll update/refresh & take a look!
