As I understand it, the cpanel/exim blackhole setting for the default
will discard *ALL* mail that isn't addressed to an existing valid account.

This feature has absolutely nothing to do with what spamassassin thinks
of your message.

It also has absolutely no affect whatsoever on email that's sent to your
real email address. It only affects email going to the "default" address..

That said, I'm not much of an expert on cpanel, nor exim.
