no DNS ... then RBL etc wont work, and maybe thats why is scores so awful.... do enable DNS. Still ... you havent told us anything really ... what rules does some of the mails hit that are catched? and what rules does mails hit that arent catched ... This seems like its your first SA installation, or ?
