Possibly. Try this:
header SUBJ_LONG_NOSP Subject =~ /^\S{30,}$/
Having actual header samples would help.

Note that I did not alter any, so the personalizations
(probably all to "Bob Obob") remain, in case you want to pick out
the probable name-parts inserted by the scripts
