None of them apply. That's why I said the info on the error on the MS site was of no use.

I have no registry cleaners. It doesn't take longer than 30 seconds. The error returns instantly. I doubt seriously that there is a problem with an MS dll or .net. This is a system that is successfully actively hosting several domains with Apache HTTP, Tomcat, JAMES, mySQL,and PHP There are no problems with any other service.
