Two suggestions:

1) not a plugin, but would my 'portmanteau' rule generation and
maintenance system by of any help? Its intention is to maintain lists of
words or patterns in easily lists (one item per line). I use it to
maintain rules with up to a couple hundred alternatives. You can find it
here: http://www.libelle-systems.com/free/ or download it directly from
http://www.libelle-systems.com/free/portmanteau/portmanteau.tgz

The benefit of this approach is that it needs minimal changes to your SA
setup and is very easy to maintain, but OTOH you do need to restart
spamd each time you add more words to it.

2) OTOH, if you want to add words without stopping SA, consider putting
the list into a database table and using a plugin to query the table. I
don't have an exact solution, but I do have a plugin that runs a similar
SQL query that should be very easy to adapt. Contact me off-list if
you'd like a copy.
