How long are signatures kept in the DCC database? Masscheck uses a
corpus that covers a couple of years. If the DCC signatures expire
within a month or two then that would skew the masscheck results
towards "DCC doesn't hit much".
The same thing applies to any net rule. I'd assumed that cached results
would be used, I thought that's what the reuse flag was was for.
reuse only works if all volunteered masscheckers enable DCC which is
probably not the case - same applies to other optional plugins
