If we did this, then yes, we'd probably stop a lot of spam (though nowhere near 98%) but we'd also lose 98% of our customers, or more like 99.999%. Implementing a spam filter for 20 probably highly-techie recipients imposes vastly different constraints than doing it for hundreds of thousands of mostly non-technical people. :) Regards, Dianne.
