you can find all processors in the directory streampipes-extensions [1]. Here are the links to two examples: numerical filter [2] and Csv Metadata Enrichter [3]. The first one uses the new processors API, however the old API with three classes does still work, as can be seen in [3]. To find the code of a processor you can search for it on the website [4] and select the button “Code on GitHub”. (I just updated the links) I hope this helps.
