I think that pipelines need to be started at least once to be displayed in the dashboard. You can stop pipelines later and still display widgets (the dashboard now also shows historical data), but if there’s no data yet, the pipeline is not displayed for selection. Here are the links to two examples: numerical filter [2] and Csv Metadata Enrichter [3]. The first one uses the new processors API, however the old API with three classes does still work, as can be seen in [3]. To find the code of a processor you can search for it on the website [4] and select the button “Code on GitHub”. (I just updated the links) I hope this helps.
