Hi all,

I'm keen to give the js-rewrite branch [1] a whirl and enjoy the
twitter-bootstrap and jquery goodness without the need for 3rd party
component libraries. I'll only be using it for a toy project but was wanting
to get a feel for the current state of the branch.

A simple answer such as:
- It's nowhere near ready, I'd wait at least X months
- Most of the components are working but X and Y is broken
- It's almost done... we're just putting the polish on now

Thanks,
Lance.
