Really? That's a bad idea. Nobody runs as admin anymore, do they? I thought WinXP did away with all that foolishness. You may be in the administrative group, but you still need to "su" sometimes to get things done. "Attach API" is a 100% Java/JVM thing: it doesn't matter how you launch Tomcat.
