Your understanding is correct: if you want a completely-separate, isolated container, then you need to install Tomcat multiple times (or, install a single time and make sure you balance your CATALINA_BASE paths properly). Using the installer multiple times may just make things simpler if you aren't comfortable with managing multiple instances any other way. - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.17 (Darwin) Comment: GPGTools - http://gpgtools.org Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJRgWrEAAoJEBzwKT+lPKRYKK0P/3wrxPlBYvxmtu53h6RVgdpE F9uxf0aPTrkr9GqdtE9jyWoXsjx3rWtmnkOUnPn3aI+pviH63UDjRMgWKdCQBZyN 96EsNemh5jhbY5sWEsWMkXpogxKML4kAUzVV4t7kr7dSznDMMnJyw7uqBonBCCu6 fCiMQdGm/9ukgaJn1OEiSHq/Q+eVGycM3oPoMI8im/YmMmpv0SjRjbpu28ocNX4M M8nraeg1EvRgyO7/bHl+9sDECKqO13hCc3/WpCoWVCyGOjQMxVPe2eaUqsdXAkDe 5BXFtd88NH06OTXAyPRglysCdwQ7mV2Tm3Bb0u42IyzDbvhbmL9TJxJEdRO5wdSI 66u4o5UEFA50+SLoPFVjZ1I8Pz6iwaCbmnD9CMmttNPgf1sZ+7w5nhPe6CovJn3t HI5G5yAINZsNx+Rc9F2or8o4v5NnvrGnGQh38jqnaIIcn1M3yzIVYQRf+ZAjCAeg S1WxAYowNMdIEaThhEW9TC5ST4SAvKUspoV1ezH7KLehEGkPox/FUzDlQnC7n9Se 2rPgO5IroAuiCImfSRtqUmUP5atrJTafemX4VQMDBQYDaEN466xToTyhM4WTuzem VepdHLdLEiJQ8iQ1V0+1f7PSCf5c83uzoDSo59q1ULDU4ZTehTNNj2c05WQkLk9s CeiJgLPD008drh/TQiHk =k53o -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@tomcat.apache.org
