hello all, I am Archana Acharya, I am pursuing with final year BCA in India.As a part of my final term project I am required to install a web application in apache tomcat, by reading the documentation provided i understood that i have to set the context (specify the path) in a file called web.xml which is local to the application.I have previously worked on the basic installation and configuration of httpd (apache)server. I would be gratefull if someone could explain to me the step by step procedure for installing web applications on apache tomcat.I am currently using tomcat5.
