Thanks for the advice chuck. I am changing i bit the question. Can i monitor requests to a web service in a queue of my own that will keep which clients are trying to hit a web service and pass through a connector? If so, how can i implement that queue(what to keep inside it) and where should i put it(in Tomcat or somewhere else)?
