1. Your operating system = ? 2. Your Java runtime vendor and its version = ? 3. What are you trying to do, step by step. At what step do you observe the delays? 4. Is it only your application, that opens slowly? How about Tomcat examples? What about other, external, web sites? 5. Does your application have connections to a Database? 6. What web browser are you using?
