Note that Tomcat maps DefaultServlet to "/" and not to "/*". You could
try that mapping to see if the JSP stuff clears up. You really
shouldn't need to re-map *.jsp.
That breaks a bunch of other stuff because of the changes in the
responses to methods in HttpServletRequest.
