Yup - upcoming 8.0.8 aims to fix the JAX-RS landscape. I have read your other questions, but have no answer for you atm.
Maybe Jon, David or Jean-Luis can jump in with some thoughts regarding Active MQ 5.17 and MicroProfile 3.x / 4.x support.
