Blacklist is just an example, it is not a "production" plugin. Use  
appropriate data structures and containers for your application, such  
that it won't be a bottleneck. In particular, you have to assure that  
any plugin does not block or take too long to complete, or latency  
will be seriously affected (plugins are expected to never stall/block  
a net-thread).
