Templates are not access level specific. They are part of the VegaDNS
source, in the templates directory. You will need to make any changes
there.
I think I've described this wrong - I meant the default DNS records.
If it is not possible to have user-specific records templates at the
moment, then I'd like to add a Feature Request to that effect.
