Hello, I have no solution, just an idea on what could work as well, as I have thought about a Wicket / openCMS connection before (never had to implement it though).
AFAIK OpenCms can publish its pages statically. Maybe you could configure your CMS templates in a way that they become valid wicket templates after publishing, and then use them in your application. I never used OpenCms in a real world application, but I am sure something similar would work with the (commercial) RedDot CMS, which is also doing static page publishing.
