Is it just static multilingual, like help texts buttons etc.. Then you can use property files, database stuff etc.. There something about this on the wiki and in WIA..

If it's deeper like some of your classes descriptions, etc can be translated its another story.. A little more messy, unless you use JPA-translator. Im a developer on it, but it's been a bit inactive lately..
