I also develop on a Mac, but I use Eclipse. I've become so familiar with the Eclipse tools and shortcut keys along with the Maven plugins and Tomcat Server panel/console that I've never bothered to try anything else, though I should probably put my fears aside and give IntelliJ a spin!
