Integrate something like this in your own page/panel (or ask Google for a better one): http://w3lessons.info/2013/05/13/gmail-style-message-inbox-design-with-jquery-css/ Then you can use templates to send those e-mails: http://www.wicket-library.com/wicket-examples/mailtemplate/ I haven't tried any of this so you're on your own.
