Hi Ricardo,
For changing logo you have to login as admin.Then click on
the administration link at the top right corner of your xwiki poge.
A new XWikiPreferences page will appear.Click on the skins tab-->edit skin
-->write your file name at the form in front of logo available there ,also save
that logo.png(or gif) to albatross skins folder.
