Hi,

You cannot assign different access rights within the same page. The
Page is the base unit in XWiki.
For your use case you could use different pages and put them all
together in a page using includeInContext,
see http://code.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Macros/IncludeInContextMacro
