Hi Artem, Thanks for the reply. here is my answer:
1- I check the version.properties file in the WEB-INF directory and the version that I am running is 1.6-milestone-2.12601. Is that the same as 1.6M2? 2- I check the xwiki.cfg and could not find any xwiki.minoredit=0 anywhere 3- Can you tell me how and where to look for XWiki.XWikiPreferences object's minoredit property? Another thing that i noticed that went missing on this new 1.6 version is the object and class editor options that used to be on a panel when i edit a page. 4- I am sure that I did not modify any of the velocity templates 5- I downloaded the latest stable-release WAR, unzipped, edited the xwiki.cfg and deployed into my tomcat server. In addition, i downloaded the xwiki-application-administration (1.3), and the xwiki-enterprise XAR (1.6 M2).
