I would say there's no exe, if I remember correctly, there's a .bat file 
-- start_xwiki.bat if I'm not wrong (so if you don't find an exe don't 
panic, just run the .bat).
What windows version are you trying this on? I could give it a shot as 
well on my 7 to see what happens...
