Try calling your wiki with: http://localhost:8080/ Normally this points to your Webserver home (if you configured it to run on port 8080). Usually you'll have your wiki run in a subdirectory e.g. /xwiki. Thus your URL would be http://localhost/xwiki. Since I didn't use the standard setup exe of XWiki I cannot tell you the standard path it installs itself to but I hope this information helps.
