Even though I'm sure more experienced users are already aware of what you are describing, please, take into account that attachments are not allowed in this list so we haven't received the screenshot. Perhaps you could grant access to unregistered users to some document in your wiki to see that online? Or simply the screenshot sent to me and I'll make it available for the community.
