Hey there, thank you very much with the hint " jar tvf xwiki-platform-legacy-oldcore-5.2.jar | grep RegisterAction", because i simply doesnt have a java jdk :-(
after installing openjdk-6-jdk everything works fine...so i missed to read the prerequisites.
