Hi, I tried this : http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Admin+Tools+Application It's "*Installable with the Extension Manager*", you can even select which space/files to export...
Anyway i wasn't able to export the old content to a new fresh installation, it erase some files which makes the new wiki not stable, but i didn't spent enough time to try to make it stable...
