A valid CSS code is also a valid LESS code. LESS is CSS plus something extra. So you should be able to copy the CSS you had in Colibri before to one of the LESS files from Flamingo. If you're too scared about LESS, then as an alternative you can create a SSX (style sheet extension xobject) with scope "Always on this wiki" and put the CSS code there.
