Hi Ramon, I've just installed the Menu Application 6.3 on a XWiki Enterprise 6.3 and it worked without a problem. On Menu space, I've created a new menu entry, kept the default structure and it worked. Just make sure that for the 'Menu Display Location' property you set 'After the Page Header' for example.
So maybe there is something in your particular setup that causes problems.
