There’s no specific feature for this because the way a wiki works is by having the community to edit pages and rollbacking them/editing the content to prevent spam/inappropriate content/etc. There’s a share page by email feature though if you wish to send a page by email to someone with the ability to specify a message. You have it in the menu on each page.
