Hi Frank, You need to make sure you have internet access. If you are behind a proxy you should check http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Installation#HRunningXWikibehindproxy-server . It may also happen that the extensions.xwiki.org is down at the moment you try to run the Distribution Wizard. You should try again a bit later.
