As Damien explained, there will be licence issue since high chart is under
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0[1].
Regard to GSoC, you can find the POC [2] which is using HighChart, NVD3 and
google charts.
We have added leaflet chart for zeppelin (PR #152) and same way you will be
able to added new charting library (high-chart) for your work.
