Two facets/questions here:

1. Are we willing to support both 2.10 and 2.11, or move to 2.11 (dropping 2.10 support) ?

2. Spark default build is now 2.11, not sure the other interpreters support 2.11 (last time I looked Flink, it was not supported - didn't look scaling...). So would we agree to have partial 2.11 support (only a portion of the interpreters)?

So far, no patch or pullrequest has been created. It'll be very nice if
we could have patch for 2.11.
