They must have contributed to open source (debug, fix, develop with) and not just used open source.- What are their open source contributions?- If don't have open source contributions experience then wants them to have python, erlang or clojure experience.- Experience with Sun One, JBOSS, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, or other application server desired.
- Understanding of J2EE including Open source, n-tier architecture, object oriented Analysis and Design. Experience with an IDE would be a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of data models and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
- Experience in and success with Agile software development methodologies, especially Scrum and eXtreme Programming (XP). Experience utilizing continuous integration environments and comprehensive xUnit testing and TDD (test driven development)
