Position:              Program Manager, Customer Service
Rate:                     $35/hr
Location:              Atlanta, GA
Duration:             6+ months
Both phone interviews and in-person interviews necessary
 
Responsibilities:
  • Order management
  • Direct daily contact with customers via various ways of communication
  • Work with cross-functional teams on issue resolutions
  • Order Entry of all customer PO's
  • Order Entry and Management of Risk Build Orders
  • Creation / Split of Delivery Groups when needed (Ship Sets)
  • Train external customers on tools for order management
  • Order review to ensure PO’s meet company’s established requirements
  • Manage back-log report on a daily basis to review / release upcoming shipments
  • Resolve any shipping / freight forwarder issues
  • Process Credits / Debits / Returns / IWE’s  / RMA’s
  • Responsible for expedites & lead time information
  • Understand logistics issues in order to pro-actively address questions from customers or AM team
  • Analyze and track un-booked orders
 
Skills required:
·        Must have strong verbal and written skills in both Spanish and Portuguese
·        BA/BS degree or equivalent 5+ years of Customer Service experience
·        Self starter able to work under minimal supervision
·        Strong problem solving and decision making
·        Able to make timely and sound decisions
·        Dedication to customer success
·        Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally
·        Business/Industry knowledge a plus
·        Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle a plus
